Child Safety Standards
Xolynk is a dating service operated by Xolynk Technologies Ltd. It is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited.
These standards explain that rule, how to report a concern, and how to contact Xolynk about child safety. You can read this page without an account.
What is prohibited
Xolynk prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. That includes any sexual content, sexual conversation, or sexual request involving a person under 18, grooming a child, or asking a child to create or share sexual content.
An account that does not have a confirmed age of 18 or older cannot use the parts of Xolynk that require the 18+ rule. Age is given during sign-up, or confirmed later if the account does not already have it.
Report a profile or a Moment
In the Xolynk app, open Safety on a profile or a Moment.
- Choose Report Profile or Report Status.
- Select a reason. Underage is the reason for a person who appears to be under 18. Use it, or Other, for suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Describe what happened in at least a short sentence.
- Attach at least one screenshot or photo. The report cannot be submitted without that attachment.
An in-app report requires a signed-in account. If you cannot sign in, email admin@xolynk.com.
Block a user
From the same Safety sheet, choose Block User. After you confirm, that person can no longer message or interact with you. Blocking is separate from a report. It does not by itself close the other person's account.
How a report is handled
A submitted report is stored for review, including the reason, your description, and the attachment. Xolynk staff review reports. A reviewer records a decision. Where the report shows a violation, staff can restrict the account, including a suspension or a ban, and can remove reported content that the moderation tools are able to remove.
Xolynk does not publish a response-time guarantee. Email sent to admin@xolynk.com is read as a child-safety contact. It is not an automated report form.
Xolynk may disclose information from a child-safety report when the law requires it.
